Mầm ("the app", "we") helps expecting mothers track their pregnancy and read ultrasound reports. We care deeply about the privacy of your health information. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

• Pregnancy and ultrasound data you enter or capture — baby nickname, dates, gestational age, measurements (BPD, HC, AC, FL, estimated weight, etc.), notes, and photos of ultrasound reports.
• An anonymous account identifier — a random ID used to count your free AI reads and link your purchases. It is not your name, email or phone number.
• Purchase status — whether you have unlocked paid features (handled by Apple In-App Purchase; we never see your card details).

We do not collect your name, email, phone number or precise location, and we do not require you to create an account.

How ultrasound photos are handled

When you choose to have the app read a report, the photo is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to our processing service only to extract the numeric measurements (optical character recognition). After the numbers are returned, the image is not stored on our servers and is not used to train any model. The original photo stays on your device. You always consent on screen before any upload, and you can enter all numbers manually without sending a photo.

Where your data lives

On your device and, if you enable it, in your private iCloud account (synced by Apple; we cannot read it). Ultrasound images are transmitted to our processing service for reading only and are not retained afterward.

Third-party services

• Apple iCloud — optional sync and In-App Purchases.
• Google Gemini API — used by our server to read the numbers off the report image. On our paid API tier, your content is not used to train Google's models.
• Railway — hosting for our processing service.

Data retention and deletion

Data you enter lives on your device (and your iCloud if enabled). Deleting the app, or deleting items in the app, removes that data. Ultrasound images sent for reading are not retained after processing.

Children

Mầm is intended for expecting parents and is not directed at children under 13.

Your choices

Use manual entry to avoid sending any photo. Turn iCloud sync on or off in your device settings. Delete scans or the whole app at any time.

Chúng tôi thu thập gì

• Dữ liệu thai kỳ và siêu âm bạn nhập hoặc chụp — biệt danh bé, ngày tháng, tuổi thai, số đo (BPD, HC, chu vi bụng, chiều dài xương đùi, cân nặng ước tính…), ghi chú và ảnh phiếu siêu âm.
• Một mã nhận dạng ẩn danh — mã ngẫu nhiên để đếm số lượt đọc AI miễn phí và nối với giao dịch mua. Không phải tên, email hay số điện thoại của bạn.
• Trạng thái mua hàng — bạn đã mở khóa tính năng trả phí hay chưa (do Apple In-App Purchase xử lý; chúng tôi không thấy thông tin thẻ).

Chúng tôi không thu thập tên, email, số điện thoại hay vị trí chính xác, và không bắt buộc bạn tạo tài khoản.

Ảnh phiếu siêu âm được xử lý thế nào

Khi bạn chọn cho ứng dụng đọc phiếu, ảnh được gửi qua kết nối mã hóa (HTTPS) tới dịch vụ xử lý chỉ để trích xuất các số đo (nhận dạng ký tự). Sau khi trả về số, ảnh không được lưu trên máy chủ và không dùng để huấn luyện bất kỳ mô hình nào. Ảnh gốc luôn nằm trên máy của bạn. Bạn luôn được hỏi đồng ý trước khi gửi, và có thể nhập tay toàn bộ số liệu mà không cần gửi ảnh.

Dữ liệu nằm ở đâu

Trên máy của bạn và, nếu bật, trong iCloud riêng tư của bạn (Apple đồng bộ; chúng tôi không đọc được). Ảnh phiếu chỉ được truyền tới dịch vụ xử lý để đọc, không giữ lại sau đó.

Dịch vụ bên thứ ba

• Apple iCloud — đồng bộ (tuỳ chọn) và In-App Purchase.
• Google Gemini API — máy chủ dùng để đọc số trên ảnh phiếu. Ở gói API trả phí, nội dung của bạn không được dùng để huấn luyện mô hình của Google.
• Railway — nơi đặt dịch vụ xử lý.

Lưu trữ và xóa dữ liệu

Dữ liệu bạn nhập nằm trên máy (và iCloud nếu bật). Xóa ứng dụng hoặc xóa mục trong ứng dụng sẽ xóa dữ liệu đó. Ảnh phiếu gửi đi để đọc không được giữ lại sau xử lý.

Trẻ em

Mầm dành cho cha mẹ đang mang thai, không hướng tới trẻ dưới 13 tuổi.

Lựa chọn của bạn

Dùng nhập tay để không gửi ảnh. Bật/tắt đồng bộ iCloud trong cài đặt máy. Xóa phiếu hoặc toàn bộ ứng dụng bất cứ lúc nào.
